Interestingly enough, the Return to Player (RTP) rate will fluctuate a fair bit when it comes to Monopoly Live, and you can get a bet as low as 91% (the “5”) and another one (the “2”) that promises a return closer to 96.23%.

Interestingly, both the bonus bets, the 2 ROLLS and 4 ROLLS, offer a poor Return to Player of 93,90% and 93.67%, respectively.

Either way, Monopoly Live brings an exciting concept to the fore that few other games can come close to matching, let alone beating altogether.

How to play Monopoly Live?

The game has pretty unique gameplay and one that reminds me of Dream Catcher. The wheel is split into 54 different segments, and out of these, 48 will be noted down with 1,2, 5 or 10. The remaining six sectors of the wheel will be a little more special in a way.

You will have two CHANCE sectors, three 2 ROLLS and then again one 4 ROLLS. The ROLLS sectors are how you get into the bonus level. So, when you want to begin, all you need to do is place a bet. Then, the wheel will spin for a chance to hit any of these.

The way the wheel works is also fascinating. You will get your bet plus the number it displays for any of the numbers, i.e. your bet times 1,2, 5 or 10. If you hit CHANCE, there is your chance to receive a Cash Prize or perhaps a Multiplier Bonus on your next spin.

And lastly, if you hit the 2 ROLLS and 4 ROLLS sectors, you will enter the beautifully animated 3D Bonus Game that is an absolute gem. The premise here is very straightforward – the dice will be rolled for Mr. Monopoly to progress on the 3D board collecting various awards along the way.

Monopoly Live is a game that comes packed with excitement.

The big question is, can you do something to influence the outcome? In my experience, Evolution Gaming is a bonanza of chance.

Luck is heavily featured in each wheel’s outcome, and while I have spent quite a bit of time enjoying myself in the company of Mr. Monopoly, I can’t honestly say there is much of an edge you can gain through strategic play.

However, when you consider that playing Monopoly Live is a losing proposition due to the house edge, you can make some good choices and some terrible ones.

We seem to get the best results by playing both bonus bets in combination with the 2 and 10. The bonus bets are a must-play, and the “2” and “10” offer the highest Return to Player.

We advise you to skip the “1” and “5” bets, as these bets offer abysmal Return to Player percentages of respectively 92.88% and 91.30%.

Whatever betting strategy you choose, the beautifully animated game cuts it for me, and I can confirm that this game packs a lot of pure entertainment value.
