BountyPop – another excellent AvatarUX slot with the exciting PopWins feature

BountyPop is the fourth AvatarUX PopWins slot and the successor of the lovely CherryPop PopWins slot.

I continue to love these slots.

BountyPop slot offers pretty much everything you want to see, thanks to the excellent PopWins mechanic, which AvatarUX launched at the beginning of 2020 with PopRocks.

You might get overwhelmed at first, but the concept is pretty straightforward.

If you win, the winning symbols “pop” disappear and make way for two new symbols when you get the following free re-spin.

It ensures that the reels expand up to 9(!) symbols in the free spins. So, in total, you can get up to 118,098 win ways.

The maximum win is a blistering 55,000x the stake, making it an incredibly volatile slot. Not many slots have a maximum win of 50,000x or more!

Gameplay and Features

BountyPop starts with a 5×3 setup, but thanks to the PopWins feature, the reels can expand up to 6 symbols (“6-high”) in the main game.

All PopWins slots are similar to win-all-ways slots. In addition, you can win both ways (from left to right and also from right to left).

It brings you to a wonderful 15,552 win ways, calculated as 2x6x6x6x6x6=15,552.

The slot has one “Super High-paying symbol”, and it is (obviously) the Captain Pirate symbol. The other seven high-paying symbols are all Pirate symbols, and the four low-paying symbols are the J, Q, K and A.

Multiplier Mystery Wheels

If you manage to get all reels to the full 6 symbols (6-high), you trigger the Base Mystery Wheel, which gets you a multiplier of x2, x3, x5 or x10. It’s applied to your win (including the wins of the free re-spins).

How do you win the free spins?

You win 6, 9 or 12 free spins if you manage to land 3, 4 or 5 Bonus symbols.

Alternatively, you buy 6 free spins with the Bonus Buy feature. It costs 100x the initial bet.

As with CherryPop, you can use the Gamble Wheel and aim for more free spins. For example, it’s possible to increase the number of free spins from 6 to 9 and afterwards from 9 to 12.

The free spins – aim for the golden wheel.

The free spins have two main advantages.

The first is that reels can become 9-high (rather than 6-high), which can get you a maximum of 118,098 win ways (2x9x9x9x9x9=118,098).

The second and most important (and lucrative) is that you can also trigger the Bronze, Silver or even the  Golden Multiplier Mystery Wheels.

If all reels are 7-high, 8-high or 9-high, you trigger the Bronze, Silver or Golden Multiplier reel.

The multipliers of the Golden Wheel are the highest and, in the best case, 100x!

The multiplier is applied to the total win of the free spins. Indeed, your win can be several tens of thousands of times the bet, in the case you’re so fortunate to land the maximum multiplier of 100x in combination with a decent win.

BountyPop slot: the payout rate (RTP) is 96.00%

The Return to Player of BountyPop is 96.00% and is slightly lower than that of the other PopWins slots.

It does not come as a surprise that we’re talking about a hugely volatile slot, given the enormous win potential and a max win of 55,000x the bet!
